This painting captures the positive can-do attitude of contemporary food-consciousness movements by harnessing a whimsical view of the aesthetics WPA poster art used to approach public awareness. With the slogan “Eat Happy, Grow Happy” I aim to promote all natural, organic, free range, fair trade, gmo-free, ethically produced, “happy” foods – suggesting that if you eat these happy foods you will grow happy in body and spirit.
